This project marked a milestone in the sustainable construction of Costa del Este, consolidating itself as a model of environmental efficiency and ecological responsibility.

Headquarters of the Morgan & Morgan Group, it is certified LEED Gold, obtained in June 2015. Located in Costa del Este, Panama City, this office tower stands out for its sustainable design and commitment to energy efficiency.
