Located in Costa del Este, Panama City, the MMG Tower is a prime corporate building with a rich history, holding both LEED and WELL certifications.
Spanning approximately 355,645 m2 dedicated to high-level global companies, it houses offices for UBS, Morgan & Morgan, and Roche.

In short, the measures applied by the project include:
- Air – Management of pollutants, filtration, ventilation, and humidity control to reduce respiratory risks. Concentrations of certain pollution indicators can be 2-5 times higher indoors than outdoors.
- Water – Ensuring clean and accessible drinking water through quality standards, contaminant removal, filtration, and testing.
- Nutrition – Promoting healthy eating habits by offering nutritious options within the building.
- Light – Optimizing natural and artificial lighting to improve sleep, mood, and productivity.
- Movement – Spaces designed for physical activity and relaxation.
- Thermal comfort – Temperature control for occupant comfort.
- Sound – Acoustic management as part of the indoor environmental quality standard.
- Materials – Reduce exposure to harmful chemicals by promoting safe and sustainable materials that do not release toxins.
- Mind – Optimize cognitive and emotional health through design, technology, and treatment strategies, considering that depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide.
