Jardines de Magnolias IV is a large-scale residential development located in San Bartolo Cuautlalpan, Zumpango, State of Mexico, designed to provide social housing through a mix of apartment and house typologies.

The complex covers an approximate built area of 67,438 m², comprising 1,460 homes organized into multi-family buildings of up to 8 stories above ground and terraced single-family homes. The units are designed for spatial optimization, with an average area of 41.6 m², ensuring efficient and functional living while maintaining standards for comfort, natural lighting, and ventilation.

The project is EDGE Post-Construction certified, validating that sustainability strategies were effectively implemented during construction.
