Andrea del Sarto is a sustainable multifamily building developed by F&S Edificaciones at Calle Andrea del Sarto N° 241-247, in the San Borja Sur III Etapa development, San Borja district, Lima. With over 1,760 m² built across 5 floors plus a rooftop, the project offers 12 flat apartments and 3 duplexes, with 17 parking spaces, in a quiet residential area with park views.

Andrea del Sarto holds EDGE certification, which validates minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building, and is part of San Borja district's Sustainable Building Promotion Program, which grants height bonuses to projects with international certification.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Andrea del Sarto lies in applying EDGE certification to a boutique-scale residential building, taking advantage of San Borja's municipal incentives for sustainable construction.

The project stands out for:

• Being part of San Borja's Sustainable Building Program, in effect since 2013, which has already certified several EDGE buildings in the district.
• Combining an earthquake-resistant structure with energy and water efficiency strategies.
