Project Description

Bohem is a mixed-use project by Edifica, located at Calle Berlín 363, in the heart of Miraflores, Lima, within walking distance of the district's most important commercial, gastronomic, cultural, and entertainment spaces. With more than 18,275 m² built, it combines residential apartments with commercial spaces certified under the same sustainability standard.

Bohem holds LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), which supports its eco-efficient design.

What makes this project innovative?

This certification supports Bohem's eco-efficient design, which is based on:

• Reduced energy consumption through efficient equipment.
• Energy-saving LED fixtures.
• Optimized water consumption with water-saving fixtures.
• Increased green areas with low water consumption.
• Solar panels.
• Wellness-oriented amenities, such as a gym, pool, bar lounge, terrace, and grill area.
