Project Description

Central is a residential project located in Peru, with more than 8,850 m² built, developed under a resource-efficiency approach applied to multifamily housing. Its design incorporates strategies aimed at reducing energy, water, and materials consumption during the building's construction and operation.

Central holds LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), awarded by the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council), which recognizes the building's environmental performance in categories such as energy, water, materials, and indoor environmental quality.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Central lies in bringing LEED certification criteria, more common in corporate buildings, to a residential development, demonstrating that certified sustainability is also viable in the multifamily housing segment in Peru.

The project stands out for:

• Optimizing energy consumption through LED lighting and efficient equipment in apartments and common areas.
• Reducing water consumption with low-flow fixtures and sanitary fittings.
