Distrito 18 is a mixed-use project — housing and retail — located in Peru, with over 7,931 m² built, certified under the EDGE standard. This type of development integrates residential units with commercial spaces on its lower floors, a format that requires coordinating energy and water-efficiency strategies adapted to different uses and occupancy schedules within the same building.

EDGE certification validates that Distrito 18 achieves minimum savings of 20% in energy, water, and materials compared to an equivalent conventional development, considering the performance of its residential and commercial components together.
