Dupré is a residential project located in Peru, with over 1,804 m2 built, developed under an efficiency and sustainability approach applied to small-scale housing. The project incorporates strategies aimed at optimizing the building's energy and water performance, aligning residential design with international sustainable construction standards.

Dupré holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates compliance with minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building.
