Project Description

Felicity is a residential project located in Peru, with over + 98,915 m² built, developed under the parameters of the Bono Mi Vivienda Sostenible (BMS), Peru's sustainable housing certification program run by Fondo Mivivienda. Its design incorporates technical specifications aimed at saving energy and water in the multifamily housing segment.

BMS certification validates that the project meets a set of mandatory and optional requirements established by Fondo Mivivienda, organized into three increasingly demanding grades: I+, II+, and III+.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Felicity lies in integrating the sustainability criteria required by the BMS program into a residential development with a large built area, allowing future owners to access financial benefits tied to sustainable housing.

The project stands out for:

• Incorporating efficient fixtures and sanitary fittings that reduce water consumption.
• Using LED lighting indoors and in common areas to lower electricity use.
• Using energy-efficient electromechanical equipment in systems such as water pumps and elevators.
