Project Description

Flexi is a residential project developed by Central Inmobiliaria, located at Jr. Monte Real 272, in Chacarilla del Estanque, Santiago de Surco, Lima. With more than 5,167 m² built across 7 floors and 31 units — including apartments, flats, and duplexes with terrace-balconies — the project sits in a residential area close to universities and educational centers.

Flexi holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates compliance with minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building.
