Galia is a residential project developed by Paz Inmobiliaria in the Miraflores district of Lima, with over 8,567 m2 built. Galia holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates minimum savings of 20% in energy, water, and materials compared to an equivalent conventional building.
