Grant is a residential project located in Peru, with over 5,913 m² built, developed under energy and water efficiency criteria applied to the multifamily housing segment. Its design seeks to reduce the building's resource consumption throughout its operation, without compromising the comfort or quality of its living spaces.

Grant holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Grant lies in systematically incorporating certifiable efficiency strategies into a mid-scale residential building, in a market where these practices are still concentrated in larger projects.
