Green Leaf is a residential building located in the Miraflores district of Lima, with over 2,563 m² built. Developed by Capac Asociados, the project offers modern-design apartments in one of the city's most established areas, combining a boutique scale with certified sustainability standards.

Green Leaf holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), validating minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building of similar size.

Its name sums up the project's spirit: a small-scale residential building, designed from the outset to consume fewer resources throughout its useful life.
