Project Description

Homie is a residential project developed by Akamai, located at Jr. Ocho de Octubre 702 (formerly Jr. Amazonas), in the Pueblo Libre district of Lima. With more than 21,877 m² built and more than 200 apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, the project is built around a “close and urban” living concept, with direct access to markets, restaurants, cafés, and main avenues.

Homie holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates compliance with minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building.

What makes this project innovative?

Homie's innovation lies in applying certified sustainability to a large-scale, high-density residential development, without sacrificing the range of amenities or the connection to its urban surroundings.
