Project Description

Kampu is a residential condominium developed by Líder Grupo Constructor in Santa Clara, Ate district, in eastern Lima, just 5 minutes from the Carretera Central. With more than 8,334 m² built, the project offers 120 apartments with 3 and 4 bedrooms (between 65 and 80 m²) across 11 floors, with 40 parking spaces on the ground level.

Kampu holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which backs its commitment to sustainability and environmental care, achieving savings of up to 20% in energy and water consumption.
