Project Description

Latural is a development by Altius Group and AJ Dayan located in Bella Vista, in the heart of Panama City, with more than 11,404 m² built. The project consists of two 19-story towers, with 122 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms each, and a ground-floor commercial gallery with 9 spaces surrounded by wide terraces and walkways.

Latural holds a Preliminary EDGE Certificate issued by GBCI (Green Business Certification Inc.), recognizing a design geared toward energy, water, and materials efficiency.
