Libertad is an office project located in Peru, with over 3,237 m² built, part of the country's growing portfolio of corporate buildings certified under the EDGE standard. Peru ranks among the region's leading markets in certified square meters under this system, driven by demand for more resource-efficient office spaces.

From the design stage, the project incorporates strategies aimed at reducing energy, water, and materials consumption compared to an equivalent conventional office building.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Libertad lies in applying the same efficiency criteria required of large corporate towers to a mid-scale office building, broadening access to EDGE certification within the corporate segment.
