Project Description

Libertad is a residential project developed by Capac Asociados in the San Miguel district of Lima, near Hipólito Unanue avenue, with over 4,923 m2 built. San Miguel has become, in recent years, a district with a growing supply of certified multifamily housing, and Libertad joins that group of developments.

The project holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates minimum savings of 20% in energy, water, and materials compared to an equivalent conventional building.
