Project Description

Mambo Tress is the Tress condominium within Mambo, a mega residential project by Líder Grupo Constructor that, together with the Doss, Unno, and Cuattro condominiums, is being developed in the El Retablo development, Comas district, in northern Lima. Tress offers apartments of up to 107 m² with 3 and 4 bedrooms, among the largest in the area, across more than 30,779 m² built.

Mambo Tress holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates that the efficiency strategies implemented meet the minimum savings required by the standard compared to an equivalent conventional building.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Mambo Tress lies in bringing EDGE certification to a large-format family housing product, within one of the largest-scale residential developments in northern Lima.

The project stands out for:

  • Offering apartments of up to 107 m² with 3 and 4 bedrooms, designed for families seeking more space.
  • Reducing energy consumption through low-consumption lighting in all its units.
  • Optimizing water use with efficient fixtures and sanitary fittings.
  • Being part of a large-scale development (alongside the Doss, Unno, and Cuattro condominiums) that multiplies the positive environmental impact of its efficiency strategies.

Project impact

Thanks to its EDGE certification, Mambo Tress residents benefit from lower utility bills, while the project demonstrates the feasibility of scaling certified sustainable construction to the family-housing segment in northern Lima.
