Project Description

Multifamiliar Cayma is a residential project developed by Edifica OLG in the Cayma district of Arequipa, with over 2,019 m2 built. Cayma is one of the city's most dynamic districts for real estate development, and this project joins a growing group of certified multifamily buildings driving sustainable construction outside Lima.

The project holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which recognizes buildings that reduce their energy, water, and materials consumption by at least 20% compared to an equivalent conventional building.
