Project Description

MUV is a residential condominium developed by Arquimia Inmobiliaria, located at Jr. Nicolás Rodrigo 250, in the Monterrico area of Santiago de Surco, Lima. With more than 18,510.68 m² built, the project offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from 49 to 172 m², and is presented as the first condominium in Surco with its own private club.

MUV holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates compliance with minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building.

What makes this project innovative?
