Project Description

Nostrum is a mixed-use development located in Obarrio, Panama City, on Calle Gerardo Ortega, just steps from the Iglesia del Carmen Metro station. Developed by Altius Group, the project combines 165 apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with commercial spaces on its lower floors, totaling over 16,335 m² built on a 1,910 m² plot.

Nostrum holds EDGE certification, which validates minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building, and also incorporates home automation for remote control of security cameras, climate, audio, and lighting.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Nostrum lies in combining a signature façade -featuring artwork by artist Alexander Wtges- and smart-home technology with EDGE-certified efficiency strategies, in one of the most dynamic corridors of Panama City.

The project stands out for:

• Offering integrated home automation for remote control of security, climate, audio, and lighting in every unit.
• Featuring more than 13 amenities, including a barbecue zone, rooftop terrace, and sun deck with pool.
