Project Description

Pacific Soul is a residential project by Llosa Edificaciones located at Malecón de la Reserva 161, with an additional frontage on Calle Buenos Aires 284, in the Miraflores district of Lima. With more than 15,032 m² built, it is the fourth tower in the Pacific line, conceived to live between the city and the sea on one of the last available lots along Lima's oceanfront boardwalk. The architectural design is led by L1007 Arquitectos, a studio directed by architect Carlos Collado.

Pacific Soul holds LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), one of the most globally recognized standards in sustainable construction.

Pacific Soul's innovation lies in combining a privileged oceanfront location with internationally certified sustainability criteria, raising the standard for residential projects along the Miraflores boardwalk.

The project stands out for:

• Applying energy efficiency, carbon emissions management, and responsible resource use strategies required by LEED.

Project impact

Pacific Soul's LEED certification validates a design geared toward energy efficiency, reduced carbon emissions, and sustainable resource management, while also improving residents' living environment. Construction began in 2025, with delivery estimated for 2027.
