What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Platinium Plaza lies in having pioneered LEED certification in the Peruvian corporate market, setting a precedent for Class A office buildings in Lima.

The project stands out for:

  • Having been built largely with recycled materials.
  • Incorporating double-glazed insulated glass that retains heat and allows natural light through, reducing electricity consumption.
  • Featuring sensors in its water and drainage systems, as well as in fixtures and sanitary fittings, enabling rational use of water resources.
  • Occupying a strategic position facing green areas, favoring natural lighting in its offices.
