Project Description

Retiro is a residential project located on Calle Retiro, on the border between Miraflores and San Isidro, in an exclusive area surrounded by parks. With more than 3,536 m² built and 8 floors plus rooftop, the building was designed by the León Marcial architecture studio, combining flat and duplex apartments with exterior views.

Retiro holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building of the same type and location.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Retiro lies in applying signature architectural design to a low-density residential building, integrating resource efficiency as part of the value proposition in one of Lima's most sought-after areas.

The project stands out for:
