Project Description

Sevilla is a development located at Sevilla 107, in the Miraflores district of Lima, with over 9,966 m² built combining residential apartments with commercial spaces on the lower levels. The project was developed by Edifica, a real estate group with more than 12 years of experience and around 20 projects completed in Lima.

Sevilla offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments starting at 60 m², plus a central garden, pool with deck, lobby, lounge bar, BBQ area, terraces, and bicycle parking.

The project holds LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), which recognizes the building's environmental performance across categories such as energy efficiency, water use, materials, and indoor environmental quality.

What makes this project innovative?

Sevilla stands out for combining a ground-floor commercial component with LEED-certified apartments, integrating resource savings and urban experience within a single building.

The project incorporates:

• Solar panels as a complementary energy source.
• Low-flow fixtures and water-saving systems.
• Green areas planted with low water-demand species.
• Bicycle parking to promote sustainable mobility.

Project impact

Under its LEED certification, Sevilla achieves up to 30% reduction in energy consumption, up to 40% water savings, up to 40% lower operating costs, and up to 25% more green area than an equivalent conventional project.
