Teruel is a residential building located on Calle Teruel, in the Miraflores district of Lima, just steps from Óvalo Gutiérrez and Parque Kennedy. With over 1,625 m2 built, the project brings together a small, exclusive collection of apartments, designed for residents seeking one of the city's most established and best-connected neighborhoods.

Teruel holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which recognizes buildings that significantly reduce their energy, water, and materials consumption compared to an equivalent conventional building. In this project, the efficiency strategies implemented achieve meaningful savings in the building's common-area consumption.
