Project Description

Toribio Polo is a residential project located in the Miraflores district of Lima, in the area around Calle José Toribio Polo, a street where several mid-rise multifamily developments coexist. With more than 11,259 m² built, the project is part of the wave of residential buildings that in recent years has adopted international resource-efficiency standards in one of Lima's most consolidated districts.

Toribio Polo holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building of the same type and location.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of Toribio Polo lies in incorporating certifiable sustainability criteria into a mid-scale residential building in a consolidated district, where limited land requires integrating resource efficiency from the architectural design stage.
