Project Description

Mambo Doss is one of the condominiums that make up Mambo, the residential development by Líder Grupo Constructor located in the El Retablo neighborhood of Comas, in northern Lima. With over 39,227 m2 built, the project targets young families with preschool-age children, combining affordable housing with certified sustainability criteria.

Mambo Doss holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), awarded by the IFC (International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group), which validates minimum savings of 20% in energy, water, and materials compared to an equivalent conventional home. Thanks to this certification, Mambo Doss owners can access the Bono Mi Vivienda Verde (Green Home Bonus).
