Project Description

Precursores 5 is a residential project developed by Bélgica Edificaciones at Av. Elmer Faucett 298, in the San Miguel district of Lima. With over 4,329 m² built, the building combines 56 apartments with a commercial space on the ground floor, and has been recognized in local media as one of the most sustainable projects in the area.

Precursores 5 achieved EDGE certification, which validates minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building, and its units qualify for the Fondo Mivivienda green bonus.

The innovation of Precursores 5 lies in integrating energy and water efficiency technology in a visible and functional way within a mid-rise residential building in a well-established Lima district.
