Project Description

Sbn 685 is a residential project located on Av. San Borja Norte, in the San Borja district of Lima, with more than 1,860 m² built. Its façade was designed to take advantage of views toward the avenue's green areas, and it incorporates a landscaped garden of approximately 50 m², aligning with the urban sustainability principles promoted by the district municipality.

Sbn 685 holds EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), which validates minimum energy, water, and materials savings compared to an equivalent conventional building.
