The Enel Peru administrative offices, located in the Paseo del Bosque building in San Borja, mark a milestone in the development of healthy workspaces in the country. Spanning over 6,200 sqm, the project was conceived with a clear objective: to place the employee at the center of the design, prioritizing their health, well-being, and comfort at every stage of the process.

Enel Peru became the first company in the country to obtain WELL Platinum certification, the highest level awarded by the Green Business Certification Inc. under the guidelines of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This recognition validates that the building meets the highest international standards for health, comfort, and indoor environmental quality, from design and implementation to operation and maintenance.

The innovation of the Enel Peru offices lies in their comprehensive approach to well-being, incorporating WELL criteria transversally into the architectural design, material selection, and workspace management.
