Parterre Tower 2 is part of PH Parterre, a residential development located in the Woodlands community of Panamá Pacífico, Arraiján. The tower offers two- and three-bedroom apartments, complemented by common areas such as a pool, gym, padel court, and green spaces.
The project achieved EDGE Standard certification with a Final Certificate. EDGE Standard is the base level of the EDGE system (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), created by IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. It requires minimum savings of 20% in energy, water, and embodied carbon in materials compared with an equivalent conventional building in the same location. The Final Certificate is issued once construction is complete, after an on-site audit verifies that the efficiency measures planned at the design stage were actually implemented.
Parterre Tower 2 stands out for its water performance: it achieves 48.57% water savings, nearly two and a half times the minimum required by EDGE. This is complemented by a 49% reduction in embodied carbon in materials.
