Project Description:

The Gulfstream Carranza project is a prime industrial building with WELL certification. The Mexicali facility is a manufacturing hub where a significant portion of Gulfstream jet components are assembled before being shipped to Savannah, Georgia, for final assembly.

Built on approximately 53,089 m2 dedicated to offices, assembly, and distribution of Gulfstream aircraft parts.
