Project Description

LLP Nave 100 is the first warehouse of Parque Logístico Lima Sur, developed by LatAm Logistic Properties (LLP) in the Lurín district of Lima. With more than 22,600 m² built and a 12-meter clear height at the shoulder, the warehouse is part of the first phase of a park that totals 66,000 m² of modern, efficient warehouse space.

Parque Logístico Lima Sur achieved EDGE certification, becoming the first industrial park in Latin America to reach this certificate, which validates minimum savings of 20% in water, energy, and embodied carbon compared to an equivalent conventional warehouse.

What makes this project innovative?

The innovation of LLP Nave 100 lies in applying the EDGE standard, traditionally associated with residential and commercial buildings, to large-scale logistics and industrial infrastructure, a segment where environmental certification is still uncommon in the region.

The project stands out for:

• Featuring one loading dock for every 500 m² of warehouse space, totaling 45 docks.
• Offering the widest maneuvering yard in the market, at 56.50 meters deep.
• Reaching a 12-meter clear height at the shoulder, enabling more efficient and flexible logistics operations.
• Being the first warehouse of an EDGE-certified industrial park in all of Latin America.

Project impact

Parque Logístico Lima Sur's EDGE certification validates savings of at least 20% in energy, water, and embodied carbon in materials compared to an equivalent conventional logistics development, positioning LLP Nave 100 as a benchmark for sustainable industrial infrastructure in Peru.
