Real Plaza Puruchuco is the newest and largest shopping center in the Real Plaza chain in Lima. Located in a growing urban area in the Ate district, the project was conceived as a modern commercial space that integrates retail, services, and common areas, offering a comfortable, efficient, and sustainable shopping experience for thousands of daily users.

From the design stage, the project incorporated resource efficiency criteria with the goal of reducing its environmental impact without compromising thermal comfort, operational functionality, or the visitor experience. The building integrates passive and active solutions for energy and water savings, aligning with international best practices for retail sector buildings.

Real Plaza Puruchuco obtained the Final EDGE Certification granted by GBCI, validating that the sustainability strategies were correctly implemented and meet the savings required by the standard.
