1. Air-Air Systems (All-Air Installations): Air exchange in both units.
2. Air-Water Systems: Air exchange in the outdoor unit and water exchange in the indoor unit.
3. Water—Water Systems (All Water Installations): Water exchange between both units.
4. Water-Air Systems: Water exchange in the outdoor unit and air exchange in the indoor unit.
